Photo Gallery | Water main break caused 9 restaurants to lose water
MORGANTON - Crews responded to a broken water main in Morganton Wednesday morning that left several businesses without water.
Nine restaurants forced to shut down through lunch.
One lane of Sterling Street was also shut down while crews worked to fix the busted pipe.
Water service was restored around 2 p.m.
A cause for the break has not yet been determined.
